I am home from my vacation. Sadly, I am teh sick. I started feeling ill Friday evening and was fully sick for the plane ride home. Thanks to the landing (in which my ears refused to pop even once) my head feels like it is stuffed with cotton. Every time I tilt my head my ears threaten to try and kill me. It sucks. Yesterday was a wandering around day. We were mostly in Chelsea but we went a little into the East Village and Soho. Unfortunately two of the places we wanted to go to were either closed or not there anymore. The rest was cool though.  I am currently in my hotel in New York City! It is super exciting. We flew in to Newark, NJ and took an interesting shuttle ride to Chelsea where we are staying. Tomorrow we are going to explore the neighborhood and maybe foray into Greenwich and potentially the East Village if we feel up to it. It still hasn't quite struck me that I'm done. I'm not sure when it will. Probably not until the first day on the job. As much as it's nice being done I still have the NCLEX to deal with (which I just scheduled a time for today) and finding a job.
